Join Our Cause Donate NowFounded in 2010, Silent Voices began as a small community initiative by a group of deaf activists and hearing allies who recognized the systemic barriers faced by the deaf community in our society.
What started as sign language classes in a community center has grown into a nationwide movement with programs in education, employment, accessibility advocacy, and cultural preservation.
Today, we serve over 50,000 individuals annually through our various programs and initiatives, making us one of the leading organizations for deaf empowerment in the country.
We believe in a society where deaf individuals fully participate in all aspects of life without barriers.
We advocate for equal rights and opportunities for deaf people in education, employment, and social participation.
We celebrate deaf culture and sign language as vital parts of human diversity.
We equip deaf individuals with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to advocate for themselves.
We work in partnership with the deaf community, hearing allies, and other organizations to create systemic change.
We develop creative solutions to address the unique challenges faced by the deaf community.

"Our mission is to break communication barriers and create a world where sign language connects everyone. Every hand movement tells a story, and we're here to amplify those voices."
Our responsibility goes beyond accessibility. It is about creating respectful, inclusive spaces where sign language users are heard, valued, and empowered. Whether through accessible technology, inclusive hiring, or community engagement, we are committed to ensuring that no voice — spoken or signed — is left behind.
Let's continue learning, listening, and signing our way to a more inclusive future.
Whether you're deaf, a hearing ally, or an organization looking to make a difference, we have opportunities for you to get involved.
